The past 18 months has been a blur for many of us, particularly if we have been working from home. Waking up each morning, brushing our teeth and hopping on a Zoom call usually takes us up until lunch. Then after a quick Netflix show and a few more Zoom meetings, it's time to try our skills in the kitchen. 

When a marketing student graduates, there is so much uncertainty, especially in the current climate. As a company that fosters growth in young graduates, we are determined to help people that are embarking on a career in a profession that is ever-changing, dynamic and technology driven.

As a Marketing Graduate we will on-board you to Marketing Eye in a way that allows you to see the full breadth of what a career in marketing will look like. This is an exciting time in our Marketing Eye Atlanta office where we are opening up a new position for a senior marketing executive. The perfect person would like to work with a team in their twenties, some of whom have significant experience with the company - one with almost 5 years’ experience and the other with 2 and a half years’ experience. This team will blow your mind as their skills and knowledge are second to none. They have passion and drive to build the business, and know the company's processes inside out and back to front.

An intelligent person knows that they aren’t perfect and that they always have room for improvement. They listen, rather than just talk. They engage with others more frequently, and they often engage with the philosophy that there is always more they can learn. If it's sport, they know that practice and discipline is essential.

The question I ask is; "Are you as good as you think you are?"

When asked today what I think a Marketing Executive would need to have that they may not have needed a few years ago, my answer was simple. "A Marketing Executive must be a social media expert."

The Marketing Communications Manager will support the growth of the US business for a quickly growing marketing consultancy company.  This person will be responsible for managing the marketing needs of companies in the areas of technology, professional services, health and property. Initially we are looking for an Independent Contractor with the potential of permanent employment based on proven capabilities after 3 months.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the marketing needs of clients
• Implementing Marketing Eye’s methodology in clients businesses and explaining it to new client acquisitions in the sales process
• Developing marketing strategies
• Implementing marketing campaigns, from development and concept creation through to execution
• Reporting
• General marketing consultancy
• Maintain positive client relations with new and existing customers to discuss their needs and how to best utilize our solutions to achieve their intended outcome. 
• Deliver presentations to multiple levels of decision makers during face-to-face meetings.
• Perform other job duties as assigned. 
• Previous experience in marketing leadership is a plus.
