I Love America
Having travelled many times to the United States over the years for both business and pleasure, I have to say, that I have fallen in love with it all over again.
My recent travels were meant to be educational, and they were, but they also ensured that I revisited my old stomping grounds, reunited with friends that I hadn't seen in years and had new and exciting experiences that I will never forget.
It does help that the first time I went to the United States the dollar was 57c to every AU$1 dollar. Not ideal. Today, it sits nicely at $1.08 which pleases me no end and has definately aided in bringing back the passion I have for travelling to their great country.

Aaaahhh! The little blue box. Every girls dream. Tiffany’s has created a brand that has thousands of people paying a fortune for a stainless steel keyring with its logo on it, just to get the little blue box and any item that is remotely affordable with a Tiffany’s stamp on it.

Small businesses become big businesses on twitter
It’s true. Twitter is addictive. I can attest to that because I can’t go a day without looking at it, sending numerous tweets and then racing to my google analytics account to see what the response is.

The world is our oyster
Having a go is very Australian and since my short stay in Paris, I have realised just how much Australian’s really are ‘having a go’.

The pens not even dry
Something strange is going on. A lot of successful business people say that there comes a time in your business life cycle that it either plateaus or the business fires with the injection of new products or services.

I knew you when…

At the time, I worked in marketing for a large retailer and Nicole worked for News Limited. We lived together and like most girls that age, we spent night after night talking about how one day we would do this and one day we would do that. We both had big dreams and were prepared to put in the hard yards to achieve them.
