Revive. Survive
Are you looking for a business turnaround? Is this time of year making you re-think what you have done in the past 12 months and what you intend to do in the next 12 months?
There seems to be alot of sentiment around business revival for survival. Businesses that have taken one knock after another with natural disasters, economy, political movement and higher interest rates, are preparing for a new financial year that looks different to the past 2 or 3 years.
Doing what you have always done, will get you the same results as you always had.
Change is needed and now is the best time to start thinking about it. Redo your business plan, set new sales objectives, refresh your website, develop a marketing strategy, and train your staff to be the best that they can be.
Revive. Survive.

23 May 2011As a small business owner, it is difficult to develop a new marketing strategy or come up with something fresh. My expertise is limited to knowing my products, not consumer trends or what's hot. Maybe what my business needs is someone highly skilled to keep an eye on my business' marketing.
