Small Business the hardest hit by Telstra 3G Service
Telstra needs to seriously consider their customer service levels.
As a small business owner, I have been continually disregarded by Telstra over the years with my telephone service being down, connection issues when moving premises, internet down (for one month at one stage!) and so on.
Today, my small business clients in Queensland are all down. They can’t receive emails nor phone calls. Some of these small business rely solely on the telephone and internet.
Shame on you Telstra!
