Customer service… we all need to work at it
Every small businesses have customers and one thing we all know, is that if we don’t provide the service they expect, they will go elsewhere.
When you are busy working, sometimes even the most customer service orientated person, forgets just why they are there.
Customers are king and without them, we don’t exist. They need to be pampered, respected and reassured of their position as the most important person in the equation.
I always say to Marketing Eye’s marketing consultants that they need to make sure every single client is over the moon with their service. That means keeping them informed of the work you are doing and keeping their expectations intact.
