Element IP - Legal Firm Marketing

Element IP is a premier boutique intellectual property law firm. Created specifically to service the needs of users of the US patent system, Element IP combines extensive experience in patent procurement, counselling, licensing, post-grant proceedings, and litigation with innovative technology and staffing solutions to provide clients with high-quality work product in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Element IP engaged with Marketing Eye’s services to develop a branding position. Located in Virginia, Element IP provides clients with the legal proceedings behind intellectual property law. The outsourced marketing efforts undertaken have been the creation of a logo and website which have cultivated engagement and awareness.

Quest Sanctuary Lakes is a nonprofit, aged care organization based in Victoria, Australia. They provide care for older and aging people with a state of the art facility and fully-trained staff to meet the needs of their clients. In order to reach generate leads and grow the business, Quest Sanctuary Lakes hired Marketing Eye as an outsourced marketing agency to build and design a marketing strategy to accomplish their business goals 

Marketing Eye was engaged by Quest Sanctuary Lakes to develop a marketing strategy which created a deeper online presence and exposure through social media channels and EDMs. A Christmas card campaign and information brochure were also created, highlighting the guest and corporate services offered by the modern apartment-style hotel rooms located only 20 mins from the CBD.

Focusing on supporting strong and caring communities that concentrate on improving personal wellbeing and quality of life. Marketing Eye worked with Baptist Community Services to enhance their brand image and awareness by creating printed copy, posters, and pamphlets to educate their audience about social issues within the local community and support local community activities. Marketing Eye also established an enhanced and easily utilized website to promote simplified user experience.

Heritage Group - Aged Care - Not for Profit

Heritage Care Group is a Victorian-based state of the art aged care provider, with homes located in both Sydney and Melbourne. As part of the outsourced marketing strategy delivered by Marketing Eye, the focus was branding, lead generation, website design, social media, SEO, and brand awareness. These focal points were executed with billboard promotion, business cards and the design of a website, logo and uniform which was stamped on all documents, email signatures and flyers. Marketing Eye created marketing collateral pieces like brochures and flyers while optimizing an online content marketing strategy.

Kaleidoscope Construction and Building Consulting are a locally owned licensed builder and renovation expert servicing Sydney. With expertise in carpentry and joinery, they offer all-around building services, from conception and design to completion of the build. Kaleidoscope needed a comprehensive marketing campaign to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness. Marketing Eye was hired to operate as their outsourced marketing department. 

The core strategy implemented by Marketing Eye was to rebrand their image which would appear on new marketing assets. Marketing Eye designed a logo, t-shirt and car banner whilst conjunctively promoting their rebrand on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

Through matching KB Constructions eye for detail, the marketing strategy involved a branding redesign of marketing assets such as business cards and EDM. The website was restructured with sleek imagery and the new rebranding.

Koonyum Range Retreat - Tourism

Byron Bay is one of the most popular beach destinations in Australia. Located within this destination is the luxury accommodation and venue hire Koonyum Range Retreat.  In order to not be lost in the noise of Byron’s multitude of accommodation listings, Marketing Eye, was approached to help with the digital campaigns and deliver a strategy for their rapidly growing business. The marketing strategy design consisted of related themed advertising of postcards and business cards and a newly developed website, which had the added capabilities of booking online. The marketing efforts were to showcase the destination as its most luxurious self and entice holiday makers to wind down and enjoy the retreat.

Toursim Authority of Thailand - Tourism

Thailand is a well-known tourist hot spot, with over 39 million visitors each year.  However, it hasn't always been so popular and the Tourism Authority of Thailand needed a new approach to increase those numbers. As the outsourced marketing department, Marketing Eye created a branding strategy for enticing tourists to visit. The strategy focused on branding and implemented a new logo “Amazing Thailand’ and tagline ‘Always Amazes You’. We went further with developing an information workshop for trade members, where a questionnaire was developed and a certificate of completed designed and implemented.

As part of the website development, visually appealing images of destinations were included to amaze potential tourists and feed their travel bug. The strategy designed was also to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all marketing platforms that were created, which meant business cards and print media included the new brand identity and tagline.
