Cobram Regional Homes (formerly known as Ottrey Homes), is a Not For Profit organisation that has been providing professional and quality aged care for individuals in the community for over 30 years. Cobram Regional Homes are seeking Marketing Eye, an outsourced marketing agency to rebrand their aged care with the purpose of revitalising  their current and future service provision. This rebrand was undertaken to establish a renewed identity and stronger positioning of Cobram Regional Homes. Marketing Eye have created new marketing assets such as their new logo, name and selected branding colours.

Reason for rebrand

Cobram Regional Homes stand for quality aged care in Regional Victoria providing in-home care, permanent residential care and independent living. The reason for the rebrand is Ottrey Homes plays homage to the original founders of the aged care faculty, who have been brought out by the Gemmel family. Marketing Eye have developed a brand name that ensures all important elements are covered such as a name that is easy to pronounce, memorable and avoids family name styles. Marketing Eye understands that one of the first ways to communicate brand strategy is through brand name. Cobram Regional Homes represents the regional aged care faculty as a brand from the suburb of Cobram, situated near the Murray River which forms a border between Victoria and New South Wales.

Marketing Eye’s development of brand name strategy offers a clear brand strategy that aligns the aged care organisation with their wants and needs. Marketing Eye will evaluate your current name brand and understand elements of the brand which you do not like. The previous name, Ottrey Homes, uses the aged care’s founder’s name which has dated over time due to a change in ownership. A change in leadership can make it difficult for the marketing department to communicate the owner’s story which can furthermore cause customer confusion. Cobram Regional Home clearly communicates what customers expect, which is quality regional aged care in Victoria.

Key Considerations

Cobram Regional Home’s name will be its most used asset and will inevitably hold the brand’s financial value. Marketing Eye focuses on a timely approach to deliver these brand name options to you within two weeks. Marketing Eye have experience in developing names and rebranding for regional aged care brands, improving the brand’s long term success. Furthermore, Cobram’s lawyers and accountants will need to ensure that the brand name has no trademarks within the current market. If the Cobram would like to trademark the name, it has the responsibility to do so. Once Marketing Eye has registered the business name, trademark and secured a domain, we will continue with rebranding both marketing and digital assets. These assets include:

  • Personal branding colours 
  • New logo
As a part of the rebrand, Marketing Eye have created a new logo and made new colour selections to help establish a new identity and position themselves in the regional aged care industry in Victoria.

Exodus

Exodus is a not-for-profit organisation based in New South Wales that offers great support to those individuals who are facing mental health issues, domestic violence, addiction, and other hardships. Through therapy, counselling, offering shelter and community programs, they individuals and advocate for systemic change, fostering a brighter future for those in need.

Marketing Eye had the honour to work with the organisation to develop an integrated marketing campaign for Exodus's Christmas Appeal Donation Fund Campaign. The campaign aims to collect funds from the community to help feed, support and empower those in need the most, encompassing EDMs, postcards, posters, social media posts and website banners, amplifying their outreach and impact.

Good Shepherd believes in equality surrounding healthcare and assert that no individual should have to go without healthcare services. The North Queensland Entrepreneurs Conference is ground-breaking, in that it brings together 18 speakers ranging from the top entrepreneurs in the world, through to Members of Parliament and Mayors of Councils. People that experienced this conference learned valuable information from top entrepreneurs that will improve their businesses or allow them to take the first step to starting a business of their own.

Quest Sanctuary Lakes - Aged Care - Not for Profit

Quest Sanctuary Lakes is a nonprofit, aged care organization based in Victoria, Australia. They provide care for older and aging people with a state of the art facility and fully-trained staff to meet the needs of their clients. In order to reach generate leads and grow the business, Quest Sanctuary Lakes hired Marketing Eye as an outsourced marketing agency to build and design a marketing strategy to accomplish their business goals 

Marketing Eye was engaged by Quest Sanctuary Lakes to develop a marketing strategy which created a deeper online presence and exposure through social media channels and EDMs. A Christmas card campaign and information brochure were also created, highlighting the guest and corporate services offered by the modern apartment-style hotel rooms located only 20 mins from the CBD.

Baptist Community Services is a leading not-for-profit aged care organisation that has been serving the elderly and individuals living with disadvantages for over 75 years. Focusing on supporting strong and caring communities that concentrate on improving personal wellbeing and quality of life. Marketing Eye worked with Baptist Community Services to enhance their brand image and awareness by creating printed copy, posters, and pamphlets to educate their audience about social issues within the local community and support local community activities. Marketing Eye also established an enhanced and easily utilized website to promote simplified user experience.

Heritage Care Group is a Victorian-based state of the art aged care provider, with homes located in both Sydney and Melbourne. As part of the outsourced marketing strategy delivered by Marketing Eye, the focus was branding, lead generation, website design, social media, SEO, and brand awareness. These focal points were executed with billboard promotion, business cards and the design of a website, logo and uniform which was stamped on all documents, email signatures and flyers. The outsourced marketing efforts of Marketing eye were a complete marketing, branding and design overhaul, concentrated on communication, awareness, and retention of members. Nurses Memorial Centre - Not for Profit

Nurses Memorial Centre is a ‘living memorial’ to the heroism and sacrifice of Australian nurses who gave their life or spent years in Japanese prisoner-of-war camps during the Second World War. The major aim of the Centre is the advancement of the health of the community through the provision of education scholarships. 

The Centre offers scholarships to all Australian nurses and midwives with a strong motivation to undertake postgraduate studies, enabling them to gain additional skills and experience that will benefit the broader health and wellbeing of the community. In a nutshell, the Centre endeavours to inspire nurses to lead with resilience, courage and determination.

Marketing Eye worked with the Centre to produce a marketing strategy that aligns its aims with its key messages. Engaging a marketing consultancy firm allowed the Centre to promote their cause by creating engaging email campaigns to spread their key messages and draw attention to their goals.
