How to maximise positive psychology
The Marketing Eye staff recently discovered the Wholebeing Institute, which, since 2013, has been passing down its knowledge about positive psychology to thousands of people with an interest in how the brain and body work together to create extraodinary outcomes in all facets of life.
Led by world-renowned author and lecturer Dr Tal Ben-Shahar, Chief Learning Officer, the Wholebeing Institute teaches people to lead a full life. The term wholebeing is a synthesis of two words: whole person and wellbeing.
Intrigued by this perspective, we wanted to learn more. Were they saying that a complete understanding of who we are and what we value leads to better wellbeing and a fresh outlook?
On Thursday 22 January at 9pm, the Wholebeing Institute is opening up its cyber doors to answer that very question… and more. The Wholebeing Institute is holding a free webinar about the Certificate in Positive Psychology course,an in-depth, integrated exploration of the science and direct application of positive psychology—the study of individual and societal flourishing—in all aspects and stages of life.
The fundamental nature of the course is to teach people how to enjoy a deep and lasting sense of wellbeing, by taking a person’s full nature into consideration—spiritually, physically, intellectually, relationally, and emotionally.
It is to prepare them to be teachers themselves, so that they can encourage others to light their own spiritual fires and enjoy the success that comes of that.
So we’re excited by the coming webinar, where we will get to learn more about the course and the faculty members behind it, including Dr Ben-Shahar, Dr. Maria Sirois, and Megan McDonough, CEO and award-winning author of Infinity in a Box and A Minute for Me.
This webinar provides the perfect opportunity to learn about the power of positive psychology, and gain intimate knowledge about how the Certificate in Positive Psychology course can impact your life and the lives of others.
Don’t miss the webinar with faculty this Thursday, January 22nd.
