It's exciting to be able to offer marketing managers in Atlanta career progression that has variety every single day.

So, we’re on the hunt for an experienced marketing communications manager to head a team in Atlanta starting in March 2013Because our work is so varied and diverse, we’re taking our time to pick the right person with the right mix of experience across a broad range of marketing skill sets. Our salary packaging is commensurate with experience and passion for marketing - and great performance will be rewarded with bonuses and perks.

The role? You’ll lead a small, dynamic team that packs a sweet punch and also work closely with our international team. Tactical client-facing experience is essential in this role, along with the ability to think outside the square while writing strategy and developing direct marketing campaigns. While we do have experienced copywriters and graphic designers on board, we’d also prefer that you have the knack to turn around snappy copy and possess an eye for great design.

Because our work is all-encompassing, you would also be experienced at managing tasks and be able to write PR strategy, book advertisements, tweet, solve sales acquisition issues in our clients' businesses and fix the problems of the world - all at the same time.

Of course, having a personality that fits is extremely important when working in such a close-knit team. You’d need to be a self-starter who’s ready to hit the ground running and be able to motivate yourself and your team. A passion for marketing and zest for life is also essential.  Our office is puppy-friendly, so you must love dogs as well. We love nature, animals, people and good performance. It's as simple as that.

We believe in work-life balance, offering flexible hours and the chance to work from home from time-to-time.
