NQE Conference, also known as the North Queensland Entrepreneurs Conference, is a not-for-profit event created to bring together people interested in entrepreneurship, business growth and leadership. The conference was described as ground-breaking because it brought together 18 speakers, ranging from some of the top entrepreneurs in the world through to Members of Parliament and Mayors of Councils.

The event gave attendees the opportunity to learn valuable information from experienced entrepreneurs and public leaders. People who attended the conference gained insights designed to help improve their businesses or support them in taking the first step towards starting a business of their own. By combining entrepreneurial knowledge with leadership perspectives, NQE Conference created a platform for learning, inspiration and business development.
