Why having a start-up in your 40's is much easier

Don't be fooled. Having a start-up isn't for the faint hearted. In fact, it's not even for those who "get-through" everything in front of them. Start-ups are for people who are determined to be successful and are prepared to make sacrifices to get there.

Sitting in the Atlanta office, with the weather outside mild compared to other years, I am looking at the view with a new perspective.

We run an international marketing firm, but so what? What does that actually mean? The last few days in the office before the end of the year are the best days in which to look back at the year you have just had and think about the year ahead. What are you going to do differently? How are you going to stand out from the crowd? What is going to keep you and your team motivated? What road blocks do you envisage coming up and how can you get around them before they become a problem? What changes are you making to your business?

You've read it many times before "Robots will never replace humans". Incorrect. They will. They are. And you're job is on the line especially if you are in marketing, and work at Marketing Eye.

Clients are continually concerned with the length of time it takes a human marketer to do the work that they do. Mostly, they are being short-sighted, but equally so, they are right. Marketing Automation took over a few years back for a reason. It took away the time it would normally take a human being to nurture a lead all the way to a sale. All a human needed to do was write the content, but even that is not so necessary today - however, proof-reading is.

Marketing Eye has a 'Spark' in its step

The rise of robotics is nothing new; everyone from scientists to futurists and your average Joe has been talking about it for decades.
In fact, we’ve been watching TV robots since the 1950s, wondering when the predictions made on these shows would come to fruition.
We’ve been reading Isaac Asimov books since 1939 pondering whether robotics will one day usurp humanity to become the dominant being.
