Being gluten free is a trend that has been getting more and more popular recently. Some are doing it as a diet just trying to cut some unwanted fat out of their lives, whiles others have to because they are allergic or intolerant to it. Either way gluten free options are beginning to pop up everywhere you look.

What is gluten? It is a protein that is found mainly in wheat that provides elasticity to the dough. When you think about how many things are made with wheat flour, it already cuts out a lot of the normal everyday food a person might eat. Say goodbye to bread, most cereals, cookies, and pasta. Now these are just the things we know contain flour, but gluten can be in other foods as well where flour is absent.

Why you should outsource your marketing team

As the world continues to change dramatically, marketing is a career that is becoming increasingly difficult to keep on top of.

As a company, we are invested in training and developing our people to ensure that they don't lag behind with a majority of marketers today. This is further endorsed by the fact that in comparison to the US, the update of marketing automation in Australia has been dissimal. It's darn-right embarrassing that marketers or whoever is holding the budget have not yet adopted marketing automation as a way in which to feed the sales funnel and give sales people hot leads rather than cold ones.

Outsourcing your marketing has advantages and disadvanges.

I sat at my desk yesterday and I felt relieved. Something had been lifted. In Australia, we have end of financial year that keeps people like myself busy over the months of July and August, and then by the time September comes around, I always feel like I am playing catch up. Fortunately, I don't need to do this for another few months again when the US end of financial year occurs.

Business is going great. We have an phenomenal team, one of the best we have had possibly over the entire history of the business. What makes this team so great is that they are 'team workers', people that share ideas, collaborate and try to get the best out of each other. Rather than working and taking full responsibility for a client, they take it as a team effort to ensure our clients happiness.

Like many people that have travelled to the city of love, I am totally besotted by its beauty and the promises it holds for anyone that visits.
