When people look at you, they don’t just see you. They see your clothes, your hair, your face, and your air. You’ve probably heard the air around you called different things, some call it your presence, others your aura, but I like to think of it as your vibe, which is a little different.

Your presence is how people feel when you’re around them, and your aura is a field of energy that emanates from inside of you. Your vibe is what you send out into the universe. The most important thing about vibes is whatever you send into the world around you is what you get back.This may sound like a bunch of mumbo-jumbo, but it’s important for nearly each aspect of our everyday lives.

Receiving a call for an interview often triggers such mixed emotions. You are bubbling with excitement because you have an interview! Simultaneously however, you are overflowing with nerves because, oh dear, you have an interview. The best way to enhance your performance in an interview is being prepared before you even walk in the door.

I have read some great books recently, mostly about how to build a happy and sustainable culture within the workplace and build a business globally.
