Universal Restraint Systems (URS) is an Australian-owned business delivering next-generation cargo securement solutions for the global transport, logistics and heavy haulage industries. At the heart of their innovation is the Bulldog Binder™, a patented load restraint system designed to improve safety, eliminate chain twist and reduce costly downtime. Developed over 2.5 years and tested in some of Australia’s harshest working environments, the Bulldog Binder™ represents a major advancement in cargo safety and operational efficiency.
ChallengeAs a new brand entering the world’s largest transport and logistics market, URS needed a strategic launch plan tailored to U.S. audiences. With no existing brand footprint in North America and a market saturated with legacy products, the challenge was to introduce a disruptive product from Australia and build awareness, trust and demand among fleet operators, government agencies and distributors.
Strategy and ExecutionMarketing Eye was engaged to deliver a full-scale go-to-market strategy for the U.S. launch of URS. Our mission was to showcase the Bulldog Binder™ as a smarter, safer and more efficient alternative to conventional restraint systems, and position URS as a standout Australian innovation.
We began by developing the company’s brand messaging, story and visual identity for the U.S. market. From there, we developed a suite of marketing collateral including press materials, social content, promotional video scripts and email marketing campaigns.
On social media, we rebuilt URS’s channels from the ground up, creating highly targeted LinkedIn and Instagram campaigns to drive awareness and engagement. The U.S. launch was anchored at the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS), where we supported the company with booth branding, digital assets, post-event nurturing campaigns and PR outreach.
