Join Marketing Eye Atlanta in Buckhead Atlanta, Georgia
Part-time or full-time
Full-time salary US$60,000 to US$65,000 per year
Marketing Eye Atlanta is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Professional who knows how to turn digital marketing activity into measurable commercial results.
This role is based at our Buckhead office and may be structured as either a part-time or full-time position, depending on the experience, availability and working arrangement agreed with the successful candidate.
We are looking for someone with practical experience in retail or FMCG ecommerce who can confidently manage paid advertising, SEO, lead generation and client accounts.
This is not a role for someone who has only observed campaigns from the sidelines. You will need to know how to build them, manage them, diagnose performance issues and make informed changes when results are not where they should be.
About Marketing Eye Atlanta
Marketing Eye is an international marketing consultancy that works with growing businesses, established brands and companies that need stronger marketing direction and execution.
Our Atlanta team works with clients across a range of industries, with a particular focus on companies that require practical marketing support, experienced account management and access to a broader team of strategists, designers, content specialists, developers and digital marketing professionals.
Our Buckhead office provides a collaborative environment for marketers who enjoy working closely with clients and colleagues while taking ownership of their work.
We combine experienced human judgment with marketing technology, automation and data to help clients make better decisions and improve the way their marketing is managed.
About the role
The Digital Marketing Professional will manage campaigns and client accounts across paid media, ecommerce, SEO and lead generation.
You will be responsible for understanding what each client is trying to achieve, developing the right digital approach and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and within budget.
You will also be expected to communicate directly with clients, explain campaign performance clearly and provide practical recommendations that improve results.
Depending on your experience, you may manage several client accounts and coordinate campaign delivery with our broader marketing team.

Paid digital advertising
You will build, manage and optimize advertising campaigns across:
• Google Ads
• Google Shopping
• Paid search and PPC
• Meta Ads
• Instagram advertising
• TikTok Ads
• Retargeting and remarketing campaigns
You will be expected to manage campaign structure, budgets, audiences, keywords, bidding, creative testing, tracking and ongoing optimization.
You must be able to identify why a campaign is underperforming and determine whether the issue relates to the audience, creative, offer, landing page, budget, tracking or campaign setup.
Ecommerce marketing
You will work with retail and FMCG ecommerce brands to improve:
• Online sales
• Website traffic
• Customer acquisition
• Conversion rates
• Cost per acquisition
• Average order value
• Return on advertising spend
• Repeat purchase opportunities
You should understand how paid media fits within the broader ecommerce customer journey, including product pages, offers, email marketing, content, landing pages and customer retention.
Search engine optimization
You will support and manage SEO initiatives across client websites.
This may include:
• Keyword research
• Competitor analysis
• On-page optimization
• Metadata and website copy recommendations
• Product and category page optimization
• Blog and content planning
• Internal linking recommendations
• Website performance reviews
• Search ranking and traffic reporting
• Working with developers to address technical SEO issues
You do not need to be a senior technical SEO developer, but you must understand the principles of SEO and be able to identify opportunities that improve organic visibility.
Lead generation
You will develop and manage lead generation campaigns for clients that need qualified enquiries, appointments, downloads or sales conversations.
This may involve:
• Paid lead generation campaigns
• Landing pages
• Lead magnets
• Email campaigns
• Retargeting
• Conversion tracking
• CRM follow-up processes
• Campaign reporting
• Lead quality analysis
You will need to look beyond the number of leads generated and consider whether those leads are relevant, commercially valuable and being followed up effectively.
Account management
This role includes direct client responsibility.
You will be expected to:
• Build strong working relationships with clients
• Understand their business, products, customers and commercial priorities
• Lead regular account and campaign meetings
• Explain campaign results in clear commercial language
• Present recommendations and next steps
• Manage client expectations professionally
• Coordinate work with designers, copywriters, developers and marketing consultants
• Keep projects, tasks and approvals moving
• Identify risks before they affect deadlines or campaign performance
• Ensure clients receive a high standard of service
Strong account management is essential. You must be comfortable speaking with business owners, marketing managers and senior decision makers.
What we are looking for
The successful candidate will have:
• Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
• Experience working with retail or FMCG ecommerce brands
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, PPC, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• A practical understanding of SEO
• Experience developing and managing lead generation campaigns

• The ability to interpret performance data and recommend clear actions
• Experience managing advertising budgets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• The ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• A high level of personal accountability
Experience with ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics and reporting tools will be highly regarded.
What success looks like
Success in this role means clients understand what is happening with their marketing, campaigns are actively managed and recommendations are based on evidence rather than assumptions.
You will be expected to:
• Deliver campaigns accurately and on schedule
• Improve paid media performance over time
• Generate commercially relevant leads and sales
• Identify performance issues early
• Provide recommendations without waiting to be asked
• Communicate clearly with clients
• Maintain accurate reporting and campaign records
• Work effectively with the broader Marketing Eye team
• Take responsibility for the accounts and campaigns assigned to you
Part-time or full-time opportunity
We are open to discussing either a part-time or full-time arrangement with the right candidate.
A full-time appointment offers a salary of US$60,000 to US$65,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated capability.
Part-time compensation, working days and hours will be negotiated based on the agreed scope of the role.
Candidates must be based in Atlanta and available to work from our Buckhead office as agreed.
Why join Marketing Eye Atlanta
This role offers the opportunity to work across different brands, industries and campaign types while building broader commercial and account management experience.
You will have access to an experienced team and the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve client outcomes and take ownership of meaningful work.
You will not be restricted to one advertising platform or one narrow area of marketing. The role provides exposure to paid media, ecommerce, SEO, lead generation, client strategy and account management.
We value people who are curious, accountable and willing to make informed recommendations rather than simply completing tasks.
How to apply
Please submit your resume together with a brief introduction outlining:
• Your experience with retail or FMCG ecommerce brands
• The advertising platforms you have managed
• Examples of campaign budgets and results
• Your SEO and lead generation experience
• Your experience managing clients or accounts
• Whether you are seeking part-time or full-time employment
• Your availability to work from our Buckhead office
Applications that include clear examples of campaign results will be given preference.
