“We didn’t set out to build a product—we set out to solve a problem we lived every day,” said Indurthi. “Too many care homes were stuck using outdated, complex or unaffordable systems. We knew there had to be a better way.”
That ‘better way’ became Assistly, a modern, intuitive platform that streamlines daily operations like medication tracking, care documentation and family communication while helping facilities maintain full HIPAA and GDPR compliance. With built-in AI capabilities, Assistly doesn’t just digitize tasks, it adds intelligence, offering care insights, task prioritization and predictive planning.

“Everything we’ve built is based on what real caregivers told us they needed,” said Indurthi. “And we’ve only just begun. The roadmap includes AI-assisted scheduling, mobile caregiver apps and even personalized resident engagement features.”
