After looking at this product in-depth, I can see how useful it is for people who are serious about their careers. I am an intelligent young woman and everytime I spoke to a HR Consultant when I was climbing the ladder, I knew more than they did about what I want and how to get there. So why would I put my career in the hands of someone who doesn’t know me and quite often doesn’t understand where I want to go and how to get there.
