JOB: ATLANTA/ MARKETING COORDINATOR

Qualified candidates will possess the skills detailed below and relevant work experience.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:
  • Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations;
  • Source advertising opportunities and place advertsements in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organisation and the campaign;
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, newsletters, and e-newsletters
  • Write and proofread copy
  • Liaise with designers and printers
  • Organize photo shoots
  • Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
  • Source and secure sponsorships
  • Conduct market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups
  • Support the marketing manager and other colleagues
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field 
  • Up to two years marketing experience
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Commercial awareness
